Coming Soon - but do we really need to make a sauce or gravy from scratch?
There's no shame going to the supermarket to purchase a dry sauce mix, a jar or stock-pot.
Indeed, there are many advantages.
- They are relatively cheap to buy
- They are widely available
- They are very quick to use
- They have a good flavour
- They provide consistency in the end meal
Ok, there may be a few extra colours, preservatives and such-like in these sauce mixes, so I will add my "Sauce" recipes in the very near future.
